Collection Urgency

Standard collections are normally arranged within 5–7 working days. Urgent and short-notice collections are subject to vehicle availability, operational requirements and possible additional charges. All collection dates will be confirmed by our team.

Is a Collection Receipt required?

A collection receipt confirms that the listed items were handed over to our collection team.

Is a Recycling / Disposal Certificate required?

Is an itemised collection report required?

An itemised report may list the equipment collected by category and quantity. Detailed asset-level reporting, including serial numbers, must be discussed and confirmed separately.

Does your organisation require a Purchase Order before service?
